Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 12, 2026
This policy explains how Andiom Media handles information used to connect and operate authorized social-media publishing workflows.

1. Information we may process

Depending on the features you use, Andiom Media may process account identifiers, usernames, profile information made available by connected platforms, authorization tokens, media files, captions, publishing metadata and technical workflow information.

2. Why we process information

We process this information to authenticate connected accounts, prepare and publish content you authorize, operate workflow automation, troubleshoot failures and maintain the reliability and security of the service.

3. Platform authorization

Access to third-party accounts is obtained through platform-provided authorization flows and permissions. Andiom Media uses those permissions only for the features you have authorized. You may revoke platform access through the relevant platform at any time.

4. Tokens and credentials

Authentication tokens and credentials should be treated as sensitive. Where stored, they are used only to operate authorized integrations and should be retained only for as long as needed to provide the connected service or until access is revoked.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be transmitted to service providers and social platforms only when needed to perform the requested workflow, such as media generation, file storage, processing or publishing.

6. Data retention

Operational data should be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain workflow reliability, resolve technical issues and meet applicable legal obligations. Connected-platform access may be revoked by the account owner.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect account credentials, tokens and workflow data. No system can guarantee absolute security, and users should promptly revoke access if they believe a connected account or credential has been compromised.

8. Your choices

You may stop using Andiom Media, disconnect connected accounts and revoke third-party permissions at any time. Where applicable, you may also request deletion or correction of personal information associated with your use of the service.

9. Third-party services

Andiom Media may interact with third-party services including social platforms, hosting providers, AI services and cloud storage providers. Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. The current version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
