These terms describe the intended use of Andiom Media and the responsibilities of users who connect third-party social accounts.

1. Service

Andiom Media provides tools and automated workflows for creating, preparing, managing and publishing short-form digital media. Features may include content generation, media processing, metadata preparation and publishing through third-party platform APIs.

2. Authorized account access

You may connect only accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. By connecting a third-party account, you authorize Andiom Media to perform only the actions permitted by the scopes and permissions you approve.

3. Content responsibility

You remain responsible for the content you create, upload, publish or distribute using Andiom Media. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for all media, text, trademarks and other material used through the service.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Andiom Media to violate applicable law, infringe third-party rights, misrepresent account ownership, bypass platform restrictions, distribute malicious content or abuse third-party APIs.

5. Third-party platforms

Andiom Media may integrate with services such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms, policies, availability and technical limitations.

6. Availability and changes

The service may change over time as workflows, platform APIs and supported features evolve. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features when necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance or platform compatibility.

7. Security

Users are responsible for maintaining control of their connected accounts. Access credentials and tokens should not be shared publicly. If you believe account access has been compromised, revoke access through the relevant platform and update your credentials.

8. Limitation

Andiom Media is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party platforms, APIs or services outside our control.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and may revoke connected-platform permissions through the relevant platform. We may suspend use that violates these terms or third-party platform requirements.
